ClickUp is my FAV tool and what I recommend to most of my clients (I’m not a one-trick pony).  It’s an all-in-one project management and productivity platform designed to simplify managing tasks, projects, clients, and teams. You and your team can create, assign, and track tasks effortlessly using features like due dates, priorities, custom fields, project statuses, templates, and time-tracking.

ClickUp can act as the back-bone of your business (the heavy lifter). It helps you manage leads and clients, internal and client-facing projects, content, marketing, and operational tasks, including SOPs, strategic goal setting, and tracking.

You can map out workflows and client journeys using the visual mapping tool, create dashboards and portals, and generate docs and wikis. The platform also offers form creation too. I love to use the forms for when onboarding clients or asking for testimonials. 

When managing creative projects, ClickUp offers file sharing and allows clients to provide feedback directly via assigned comments on your designs, ensuring no feedback is missed (this has been a lifesaver). You can chat with clients and your team about the status of tasks or projects, and the automation options for streamlining your workflows are endless.

What if I don't use ClickUp

You aren’t required to have a ClickUp account already set up I can walk you through how to get an account set up when we get started.

How long does the ClickUp setup usually take?

The duration varies based on the complexity of your requirements and business, typically ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks, sometimes longer. Timing can be discussed during our discovery call.

What if I don't have a team?

No worries. You don’t need a team to benefit from having systems in ClickUp! I believe the best time to set up ClickUp is before you hire your team. That way, you’ll ensure a seamless onboarding process when you are ready to build your team.

Will ClickUp really save me time

While we can’t put a numerical value on how much time you’ll save with systems, I can speak to the value of knowing exactly what’s going on at any given moment in your business. That is priceless.

Can ClickUp integrate with other tools?
