As a mum running my own business, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing family life with the demands of entrepreneurship. My journey hasn’t been without its hurdles—I’ve experienced the exhaustion and burnout that comes from trying to do it all without the right support or systems in place.
With over a decade of experience as a digital project and studio manager, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest brands in Australia, the US, and Canada, managing creative teams, overseeing full-scale marketing campaigns, and handling print, web, and advertising projects. But four years ago, I shifted my focus to supporting online businesses. I found a passion for streamlining systems and operations, managing teams and clients, and launching new ventures, courses, and products—all while striving to create balance in my own life.
Recognising the need for a more holistic approach to business, I became a certified embodiment coach to offer women the deeper support they need. FAQs
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OBM, VA AND A PROJECT MANAGER?
Great question! A VA supports you by providing virtual administrative, technical or creative assistance. They are the task doers. An OBM is an Online Business Manager – they think big picture and are generally more focused on the daily operations of your whole business to free up your time. A PM is a Project Manager who can plan, execute and deliver your projects primarily by delegating and outsourcing any tasks that need to be completed.
DO I NEED A TEAM?
Not at all. You could be a solopreneur wearing all the hats (hence why you need help). Or you could need help to scale your business and bring on new team members.
WHO DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK WITH?
I love working with purpose-driven creatives, coaches and consultants. You might be a designer, a life coach, a marketer or a nutritionist.Â
AM I LIMITED TO THE TOOLS YOU USE?
I certainly have favourites that I use and recommend, but I love learning new tools, so let’s chat about what support you need.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM CONTRACT?
No! All one-time project work is scoped and quoted based on the requirements. Retainer clients must confirm our services for a minimum of 90 days. I’m also happy to consider trial periods.Â
WHAT IF I NEED A SERVICE YOU DON’T PROVIDE?
I am happy to assist you in hiring any team member you need and can help to bring them on board. Alternatively, I can refer you to a specialist in my network.Â
DO I HAVE TO TRAIN YOU?
Taking on a new team member means you’ll need to spend some time getting them set up and across your business. Don’t worry; I have some tips on how to do this easily. Â
WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?
I’m based in Noosa, Australia and my office hours are Tuesday – Thursday 9-2 pm AEST and I work flexible hours on Monday and Friday, because, who doesn’t love a long weekend. Please let me know if you are out of my timezone and wish to chat outside of those times, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
